- We have over 18 years of experience in the web design industry, and it makes our team very upset to see many "web designers" out there (many of whom should not be advertising themselves as such) over-promising, misquoting and under-delivering to clients either through lack of experience, lack of skill or lack of ethics.
- Regardless of if you are trying to recover from a bad web design experience, or you are starting from scratch and just want things to go smoothly, we are here to help.

This includes advising them of the most cost effective and efficient way of accomplishing their goals. Personal Attention, Helpfulness & Education
We believe that an educated customer is a happy customer. Many clients come to us in a state of stress, unsure about the technology involved, and with little knowledge of the terms or how to proceed or what their options are. It is our pleasure to spend the time to explain all options, give our advice, and to empower each client to make the right decisions for them.
We won't sell you something you don't need! In fact whenever a client asks about a feature or a way of doing something that we can see they either do not need yet, or we can see a more efficient and cost effective route, we will advise the alternate route to save them money.
We often put in extra time on our time to make sure that every customer's work is perfect, and will live up to our standards. In fact, in rare cases when perhaps a client's expressed desires would cause the graphics or programming usability not to conform to professional standards of design, we will explain the reasons why and strongly advise against the course of action.
